ODI are great example of a dynamic business who are ready to take the next steps of development. They are a wide format printing company based in Dewsbury and are currently producing some great examples of work for both specialist agencies and direct to retailers. They asked for strategic marketing advice and we even managed to get some funding from Business Link for the project. I delivered this over a five week period and analysed their current position. I gave recommendations on how they could move the company forward with clear goals and direction. After each weekly session I produced a report with further research, recommendations and results.
